Crooked nose

Incident with an extremely distorted nose, with oblique axis, C-shaped deformity and tip with prominent cartilage bumps. The basic wish of the patient was fine breathing, which would be impossible with a simple septal surgery. The result fully justifies the choice of open rhinoplasty.
