Deep radix

In a nose with deep radix and dorsal hump, we choose to slightly lower the dorsum and insert a small graft that will eliminate the deep immersion of the radix. This ensures a nose with sufficient  dimensions that can  provide unblocked nasal breathing and at the same time give the face a serene, restful look.
