Inverted V deformity

Previous surgery of closed rhinoplasty with another physician led years later, to a downside of the mid-third part of the nose, resulting in the characteristic deformity “like reverse V”. The restoration of the underlying osteochondral structure, with open rhinoplasty surgery, restored the malformed lesion.
