Reconstructive ( revision) rhinoplasty

Incident, that has been operated years ago by another doctor with endonasal rhinoplasty, resulted in an oblique nose, short in length, with nostrils visible in the straight view and amorphous tip. Restoration was possible without the need to harvest cartilage from another part of the body.
